Felt compactors KS-500-Runner


The ultimate solution when demanding maximum and balanced (length/width) dimensional stability, fast production (35 mt/min@ 10 tons/day) and soft hand.

The new version Lafer compactors are equipped with :

2 compacting units with heated stabilizing cylinders with 500 mm diameter and 270° felt-to heated roll wrap angle.
Such configuration ensures:

Long fabric-to-heat dwell time even at high speeds in order to favour dimensional stability and softness.

Possibility to process fabrics at lower temperatures 25°C to 30°C lower than normal thus enhancing hand feel.

Higher compacting absorbtion allowing to process those “difficult” fabrics without encountering the typical inconveniences of overcompacting (creases, elephant skin marks, etc.).
