Fringing machine FRV
available with a working widths of 2200, 3000 and 3300mm and complete with the following devices:

lower central comb unit with device for mechanical warp levelling on the comb instead of the rubbers in order to avoid threading problems for the fine fringes as well.

device for automatic warp stretching on the comb in order to have a sure threading for un-laced threads as well.

Cutting machine SSM 2000 for the longitudinal cutting of scarves.

Its main feature is the ability to cut any number of scarves in the width at the same time irrespective
of colour, thickness or type of fibre in the cloth. The cloth speed is variable from 0 to 20 mts/min. and the cutting proceeds continuously without the need of stopping or slackening the speed when nearing the fringed area.

The cut is realized through a number of blades rotating at high speed. A mechanical device permits the blades to follow perfectly the cut-line between scarf and scarf assuring a precise cut always in the centre of it (i.e. between the lenos separating the scarves) also if the cut-line changes slightly. The eventual replacement of the blades needs just 2 or 3 minutes work.

The machine may be equipped with a cloth guide at the entry which is particulary useful in case of a rolling up device at the machine outlet.

Cross-wise Cutting machine SST 2000 for the cross cutting of scarves or blankets on the whole fabric width.
Working width 1950 mm.

The machine is complete with the following devices and accessories:

photocells to obtain a perfect laying out of scarf cut line on the whole fabric width.

special emergency device which allows an immediate machine stop in case the scarves are not perfectly lined up on the whole fabric width, or in case of any other faults on the machine.

dancing roller for the fabric synchronisation between the longitudinal cutting machine(continuous working) and the cross cutting machine discontinuous working)

device to connect/disconnect one or more photocells depending on the number of scarves to be cut on the fabric width (standard no. 7 scarves).

tightening device to stretch the cut zone of the scarves, assuring a perfect central and parallel cut. The tightening device can be extended from 8 to 33cm.

device to deposit the scarves in a shaft, placed at the machine bottom. The number of scarves that have to be deposited on the shaft is programmed from 10-20.

cloth speed 10m per minute in continuos, with the possibility to cut from 1 to 7 scarves at the same time.

double cut with a distance of about 17mm between one blade and the other, in order to eliminate the yarn which keeps the twisted fringes.
In case we have to cut untwisted fringes, there is the possibility to replace the device for single cut by changing some mechanical parts (time for operation about 20 min.) In order to avoid wasting of time for the above replacement, we recommend to always keep the machine with the double cut solution and organize the fabric working considering that 17mm of cloth must be removed between the two cuts. For example, if we need a scarf with a finished fringe of 30mm, it will be necessary to calculate the fringe lenght in 77mm - i.e. 30mm for each fringe plus 17mm of removed fabric.
Cut operation takes about 9 seconds considering a scarf of 1,5m.
Length of scarves: from 80 to 200cm
Maximum fabric width:1900mm, independently from the number of scarves.
The machine can be coupled with our longitudinal cutting machine model SSM 2000 with the possibility to work in tandem (both together) or separately.
