New continuous vacuum dryer

The ecodry ev3 allows to dry even the most delicate woven fabric at low temperature with low energy consumptions and double heat efficiency compared to conventional steam heated drying cans.



Conventional dryers operate at the atmospheric pressure of 1013 mbar whereas in this revolutionary machine, fabric is dried in an autoclave where the pressure is maintained below 100 mbar by means of a vacuum pump.
Continuous drying is achievable thanks to an innovative airlock seal that isolates the autoclave inlet and outlet thus maintaining the vacuum.

Applications

Pre-dryer : reducing fabric moisture to around 30% allows to significantly increase the operating speed of a stenter thus increasing productivity and allowing energy savings). Drying potentional of ecodry ev3 corresponds to 3-4 drying stenter chambers.

Low temperature dryer for delicate fabrics.

Independent dryer. Drying potential ecodry eV3 (3 cylinders) corresponds to 8-10 conventional drying cans.

Dryer in line with washing, bleaching or printing ranges.
Preparation to pad-batch dyeing in order to ensure the maximum drying uniformity on the entire fabric width.
